I have my own clothing store now and can't find someone I can trust to take care of my store because I'm renting another place for my second store.

Call your local (state) employment office. Ask to speak to a Veterans Employment Representative. We help employers find people that have the experience and work ethic, that is the kind of thing you are probably looking for. The services for posting a job order and all the searching and screening, are free. You might as well take advantage of it. Asking for references is a good start. Also you can buy insurance, or a bond to protect yourself from employee theft. It sounds like you are small business. There is a lot of help and mentors out there for small business. Since you didn't say where you live I can't give you a specific address. Search for small business help, small besiness mentors, small business programs. That will get you started.
