Don't call up, be an adult and go to work and speak to them in person. Look them straight in the eye and admit you made a mistake. They may chew you out; they may just say don't make that mistake again. If you are a good worker, that is the most likely thing they'll say.

But be a mature adult.

If there is time, you should try and call in today!! Make up some sort of reason, maybe that you had someone you had to take to the hospital for an emergency or something. If you cannot call today, arrive early with a good excuse for not calling and assure the employer that it will never happen again.

You need to be prepared though, not all employers are forgiving and they might see what you did as irresponsible and let you go anyway.

At the very least, you will be severely reprimanded, and probably given a written warning. Assuming you work in a professional environment that is. You had better call your boss, and have a very good excuse if you plan to keep working there. No, just showing up tomorrow and acting like it never happened just compounds your unprofessional behavior.

fone?

Just go in and apologize for not calling. Tell your boss you had a personal emergency and your cell phone was dead.

offer to make up the hours at his convenience. He should understand.

In the future always call, ALWAYS CALL!

You should go in tomorrow but probably a little earlier so that you may speak to your boss why you didn't call in. But a "no show" is usually terminated os so be surprised if that happens

Don't bother going to work, since you don't have a job anymore.
