I know there are lot more people that are no longer on TV, but these were two of my favorites. I missed a lot not watching over the last couple years after the roster split. Many are now on TNA, but many people are just not on TV anymore.
I missed Eddie's death, and Chris Jericho leaving.
You can add other people too if you like, but these where two of my favorites outside of The Rock, APA, Sting, Scott Hall, Kronic, Madusa, and Molly. Loved the Molly-go-round. Think the last tag and the other three people are also gone.
Big reason for me not watching wrestling much is all my favorites are no longer wrestling.

well eddie's last match was in november of 2005 the smackdown b4 survivor seris he went against mr kennady in a servior seris qualifing match and eddie cheated to win. and that's the last tiem we ever saw him RIP eddie! and chris jericho got fired by eric bishof after losing to john cena at summer slam 2005 in a loser gets fired match and he cried. lol anyway tajiri left wwe to go back to japan and stacy was on dancing with the stars and then her contract expired in july of 2006 and i have no idea where she is now.

Yeah. I was a huge fan of both of them too. And well, not sure about Stacy...
But maybe I can help with Tajiri:
He had a normal interview on a tv program, as all wrestlers get from time to time. This interview was not long after Eddies death. Like a couple of weeks or so. And one of the questions was "how do you feel about being in WWE?" and Tajiri answered something like "well, if you asked me this a month ago, I'd say it feels great. But I'm not liking it very much now. Since Eddies death its not the same, the wrestlers are tired now, they don't wrestle good anymore, they don't give 100% of their potencial anymore"
of course Vince Mc Mahon saw this interview and didn't liked it, so he told Tajiri pack your things and get out, YOU'RE FIRED!! (not before making him lose to Gregory Helms on Heat on a terrible goodbye-match)

Stacy Keibler was on Good Morning America this morning,she is now acting on a show called What About Brian,and plans to stick w/ that.As far as Tajiri,I don't know where he's at these days!!
