I don't think it can, not if you have the appropriate size....a lot better than pads that's for sure!

I completly understand what you're talking about. When i go to kickboxing and i have my period and i'm using a tampon it does feel like it's going to come out or something....but it's not coming out it's just because you are moving around and it dosn't help to worry about it. I recently got the sport tampons and they feel so much better when i'm kickboxing....i don't feel like i need to go check on it and i'm not worried about it coming out because it feels secure and dosn't move around. Good luck with this prob. that i had too!

Tampons only slip if they're over-filled (have reached their absorbency limit) or they're improperly inserted and slip to the vaginal entrance.
If you insert them far enough, they will not slip or shift.

They shouldnt slip if you use the ones that I use because I am very active... "Playtex Sport" they are really comfortable and you can barely even tell you have them on.

Not if you have it in close to your cervix where it`s supposed to be. But no it shouldn`t.
