Depends on the circumstances, the situation, and the person. But if it is someone you truly love then more than once, but forgiveness has it limits.

Depends.. on the degree or extent of the "violation"... say not putting a new roll of toilet paper on the thing... that is worth forgiving over and over and over... like 12 years worth so far...
but cheating, or some other serious offense... not sure how many times or if I would forgive him at all.

it matters on what they did. like if they cheated, i would forgive them but i wouldnt want to be with that person anymore.
