Hey, now that Iran has has kidnapped a group from the British Navy, what do you in Europe think the response from the UK should be?

Also, now that the this has happened, Iran's "President" has cancelled his trip to New York to rant to the UN.

Do you see these actions as an act of war against the UK by Iran?

I;m not from The Uk But I have an opinion regarding this cowardly act. I'm sorry to hear about The British Soldier's. But the response must be with criticism for all Nations to see. (So this is why Iran's Ships and boats were out in full force yesterday)
Forget trying to get this mad-man in Iran to conform to any kind of reason.
He will take on whomever gets the closes to his country. Mainly it is all about him and islam. He is one of these small men that must speak loud in order to be heard. Normally when he does this, the. North Korea's madman will start. I guess there is a jealous streak among these two.

I certainly would encourage the people to speak up, loud and clear; backed by a march against Iran. And burn their flag for a while. Then give Iran an ultimatum & be prepared to back-it-up! Somebody has to STOP this madman!!!

Britains were controling iranian boats when they were arrested, it is very far from England, so Iran can consider they have no juridic legitimacy to do it. Last time it occurs in 2004, Britains were released 3 days later, so it depends of UK, either they want a war, or they can start negociations... for example to exchange them with the iranian diplomats who were arrested two months ago by the US troops in the north of Irak

but remember, in a war, there are two losers, it explains why there is no good issue left to the war in Irak...

Yah, I agree its very shady although it could be some kind of misunderstanding.

Also, this happened once in 2004 and the bits did nothing about it so I dont know if this time will make any difference. I wonder why Iranians were randomly waiting for them there?

Seems Fishys. And Ahmeiwhackjob canceling his trip is also suspect.

It's an act of war. The British Navy should be sinking Iranian ships. The British Air Force should be bombing Tehran and shooting down Iranian aircraft. It will stop when the British military personnel are returned unharmed.

I think it is an act of war. I think they want to provoke a war. They would not do that to us because we would start bombing them pretty quick. Britain will try diplomacy first. Personally, I hope they do start a war. We are after all, Britain's ally and we would get to get in on it! I just hope Londonistan react swiftly!

It'll be interesting to see where this goes. The outcome will be determined by Iran. If they release the soldiers then all will be well (sorta) but if they keep 'em...oh boy!

FYI...I love dogs too
