i am a u.s. student going to study in china
and come back
take the USMLES
and do my residency and then practice
but i dont know what will limit my success
or what will be in the way

I think you have to take FMG and then do the residency here for 5 years instead of usual 3 us students have to do. good luck. the hospital I wrk at have more pakistani and indian doctors then white so i don't think you have to worry about anything.


I have a question though. I kind of screwed up my high school. i have a very low GPA so I don't have a scholarship. I am not dumb because I have straight A's this year and i have almost all college classes. AP classes and D.E classes. Do you think I have a chance of going to med school if i did not have a scholarship for my undergrad years? you can email me the answer. Thank you

i observed in the hospitals which i had my internship that itl all depends on your academic and actual performance in the area. If you excel and have a great performance you wont have any problems regarding your situtation being a foreign medical graduate...(^^,)

just do your best and put your heart into it...(^^,)
