samsung1 and hp1 are cheaper but im willing to spend extra if its worth it, could you recommend which one i should buy or if you know any laptop thats similar in price

That is a tough decision.
I will say that the Samsung 2 has a better processor than the HP laptops.
But, the HP's have better graphics adapters. Though the Xpress 1250 from ATI isn't terrible.
If you are planning on playing a lot of video games, I say go with the HP2. It has a bigger screen, more cache memory and will be better for gaming.
If you want something for everyday use, the Samsung 2 will be faster overall, and it will still be able to play some games. It will be much better than Samsung1 because it has the Core 2 Duo as opposed to simply the Core duo(not to mention twice the hard drive space). The Core 2 processor is more efficient than the original Core duo and requires less power which equals better battery life.

Defiantly go for Samsung 2 as it has a better processor so it will last longer. I suggest looking at acer because they are cheaper and have great parts. It will save you some money. Keep away from HP, Compaq and Dell because I work in IT and most of the laptops i see with major hardware problems come from those three brands. I have an Acer laptop and it is a great computer

Out of those the choice I think is quite simple for price/performance it has to be the first Samsung :
