The biggest one they like to bring up is Affirmative Action. They speak about it as in unqualified, black felons are given positions as CEO's. They fail to realize that White women are the biggest beneficiaries of Affirmative Action, yet I never hear them claiming a white woman is an "Affirmative Action Employee." Nextly, they like to whine about how there are no "White Clubs." Where is the NAAWP? Oh, Boo HOO. White is not a culture, there are clubs for White ethnic groups, like the scottish rite, French club, Italian club, etc. It is no ones fault but your own that you are too ashamed to celebrate your culture; don't blame Blacks or the Mexicans. You people are th Majority doesn't it get tired blaming everybody else for your countries problems the last 200 plus years, just a little bit? Get over it!

U would think it WOULD get tired by now....but it hasn't. They like beating the same dead racist horse. It's in their blood. And trust me, they are going to ATTACK you for this. The intelligent ones will come in spouting off their "All whites aren't racist" bull crap. And the trailer park trash will come in " you Ni gg er this & that", knowing damn well they wouldnt call u that to your face. UGGGHH!!! They disgust me.

Racism and hate speech directed toward any race is wrong! It offends everyone. Disrespect of a persons space and peace is wrong. If blacks are angry about offenses they have suffered or seen. It still is not appropriate to act out that rage against others. They need to get over it! We blacks need to live by the same rules that every other person in this great country has to live by! Time has come to leave the plantation and make it on our own!

I would imagine that white people complain about it because of the same reasons black people do.
Maybe to understand you should ask what have (any) people "personally" experienced that they feel was/is racism. Some people have actually have reasons for feeling the way they do. And some are just ignorant (both sides of the fence)

I'm a young white woman who spent a few years living an a predominantly black community. In this case I was the minority (in a big way). I was treated like I had no right to be there, with contempt and open hatred. And your telling me I have no right to identify what I went through as racism? I empathise with what your saying, and I almost agree with you about affirmative action - but don't you dare tell me to "get over it".

You make a really good point about white women- but it mostly only applies to rich white women- I work in a white collar job and it sure as hell doesn't benefit white women in entry level jobs- but the ones from the rich families, right colleges and sororities have the red carpet laid out for them from day one.

It's called scapegoating. All races do it unfortunately. I wish everyone would just stop trying to blame someone else when crappy things happen.
edit to some of the people above me: I also wish more people were more intelligent and didn't use ignorant overgenerlizations to justify their arguement. My gosh. Is it so hard to respond without targetting another race?

Hey black dude, look at New Orleans, The Mississippi Delta, Detroit, Watts, Compton, etc, etc. These are perfect examples of what you get when you get more blacks than whites. Crime rates ski rocket, real estate plummets, disease spreads, illegitimate children become the norm, drug addiction runs rampant, etc. etc. etc. etc. Black people ***** about inequality and look for a hand-out instead of trying to better themselves. Sad but true.

White people love to throw up affirmative action but the truth is if it wasn't in place they would keep their foots at our necks or at least try to. Oh yeah they do have clubs: KKK, Shriner's,most businesses, banks, etc

You are right, it's mostly white AND black women who have benefitted. Black men don't have it easy in America.
BUT you need to realize that not ALL white people are idiots. Some of us can actually look at the situation and see it for what it is!
