Okay i have this dance at the end of the year. Well there is this cute, nice, sweet, and funny guy. I asked him to go to the dance and he said yes.(he also believes in my things dragons and stuff). Another nice,funny but not hot guy asked ME to the dance. (he also believes in dragons and stuff) Who should I take? I don't want to hurt thier feelings.

Go with the guy you asked first.
Backing out on the first guy (he will find out) will only make you look like you are superficial.
