The probably will grow and fill out from now till the time you're about 18 or so. Depending on how much you weigh (body fat content vs. body muscle mass), you may get up to about a B cup. This also will change when you become pregnant (if you do) later in life.
If you feel comfortable without a bra, then do what you want. However, at 13 with an A cup, I would recommend wearing a bra. While you're small now, you may not always be, and you may as well start fighting Nature and gravity now, before things get out of control and you start to sag.

I was a size 34 A until I was 17 then i became a 34C, then a year later i was a 36 D. your body goes threw alot of changes all the time, i had a baby and after i lost the weight they went back down to what they were when i was 17. But sometimes you don't grow anymore, look to your mom or grandmother, if they have bigger breasts then you probably wiil get them to.

Your body will change drastically from 13-16 and 16 to 20. Up until about 22 you will change. You have LOTS of time to grow. You just got your first period, so congrats on that.
Give your body time to grow up and you will be just fine.

mine were a "B" when i was your age and they're a "C" now
(im only a couple yrs older than you) just give it time
you'll most likely gain some weight in high school which should increase their size

yes they will. it just takes longer for some of the hormones to work on certain parts of the body than others. don't fret it.

If you've had periods, they're meant to be fully developed! If you haven't then they will later on!
