1. Balance your study time for more efficiency
2. spend less time on things that can wait until your studies are done
3. have your parents hire a tutor or have a student who is doing well in these 2 classes to help you out and your parents pay him or her a fee for services rendered.(within reason)
4. ask your teacher if it is possible that you can do some extra credit to help booster your grade. It will have to be good and taken seriously and class-oriented(subject)
5. spend quiet time in your room with less distractions that is no loud music, TV, video games etc. The need for concentration will be very important to raise your grade
6. Make good notes on the important things and ask your teacher if he or she could give you an extra 5-10 minutes to look over your notes once in a while to see if you are getting what the teacher desires of you . Make sure the teacher knows you are trying to improve .
7. Do not cram for exams but gradually over time study because the more time you look over something the easier it should be remembered. Make sure the information you have is correct
8.on test day, relax, arrive not at the last minute and prepare yourself for what is going to be on the test. DO NOT PANIC because if you do there is always that chance you will forget what you learn .
9. A little trick I learned was before every exam I would relax and take a piece of candy and place it under my tongue and let the juices flow. It is proven that the brain works better with a little sugar. This does not take away from studying like you should but it may enhance your prospects if you are relaxed and your brain is on alert and performing with speed and accuracy. The brain must have a little sugar to survive.
10. It might take a little sacrifice on your part but if your friends are for real they will be glad for you. Dont be lazy and bend to peer pressure nor have an attitude of just getting by.
Now, I am not judging you but I hope these ideas will help you and your grades will go up. I have helped others in college this way if you were flunking oon my mid terms but at the end of the semester they raised their grade to aa B-or C+(only because they got off to a bad startand averagess take awhile to see big improvements)

Bad grades are often show that there is too much distraction for the student to concentrate on their subjects. You could ask your teacher for a different seat assignment to show that you have an honest interest in improving your grades. You could ask if the teacher knows of any student teachers that would be willing to work with you toward improving your grade. You could ask someone who actually makes good grades if they would help you with your understanding of the subjects in question. Ask to actually "see" someone's work who regularly makes good grades and perhaps even make a copy to use as a guide to improving your work. Neatness does count so fewer erasures shows confidence in your responses to questions. If you have more than 3 erasures, rewrite the assignment. Have you had your vision checked lately; the problem could be caused by poor eye-sight or hearing. Make sure that you do not have a physical problem that is causing you to perform poorly in class.

Study, do the work, go to class...
...and talk to the teachers instead of asking perfect strangers. The teachers will have an answer tailored to your unique situation.
