Not good, unknown mass in kidney, metal plate in foot, for crushed bone, tennis elbow, headaches and blood pressure 220/118, that's down from 280/180. Every thing is being worked on, but not real good results with the blood pressure. We're trying different combinations of meds for that. Mentally; I'm a little depressed over it all, but it will get better.

I think I am doing pretty well, I rolled in dirt this morning and jumped on bubble wrap with my two best friends then I went to a grocery store and now I am chewing gum...these are the best years of our lives...apparently.
