Ah, but that's the rub. Most of the abuse is provoked by the hypocrisy that the other two parties share but the libertarians lack....
We have a heart, we just also have a brain. The question is not whether, if you see a bum on the street, you should give him some money, but whether you have a right to steal money from someone ELSE to give to the bum. We see how doing that opens the door to stealing even more money for other purposes, and we recognize that that's how we got where we are today.
Longhair hates Libertarians because we're right and because, in the absence of a good answer to our arguments, he can't hand the Iraq War or fundamentalist religion on us.

I love libertarians, I'd probably be one, except I'm from Texas and most of them down here are Republic of Texas nuts who don't believe we're actually a part of the Union or subject to federal law, and are still upset about going off the gold standard.

Those liberals will abuse republicans until the earth ends, but if one person says anything bad about a liberal...well break out the newspapers and start printing about what horrible people they all are! They can't take a single insult if their lives depended on it so when you say do they get enought abuse...I say grow up!

No. I think libertarians combine the two worst characteristics of the two major parties. They only care about property rights and not social values like justice and civilization.

well its easy to abuse libertarians. Most of their beliefs don't involve having a heart, so thus, they are heartless depressed individuals
