Wilhelm II the last Kaiser of Germany was Queen Victoria of England's Grandson. Not sure if that's close enough for you.

Many dynastic and civil war fights in history involved brothers or close relatives.

The history of the English throne is repete with such episodes.

King Harold was fighting his exiled brother Tostig at the battle of Stamford bridge.

The Empress Maude vs her cousin Stephen

King James II vs his son-in-law (Good King Billy) William at the battle of the Boyne.

In the '15 and '45 rebellions, some Scottish clans had contingents in support of both sides.
The Gordons and the Grants, for example.

While I'm not exactly sure about "enemies" here is a good example of two people who followed very different paths in life: Al and James Vincenzo Capone aka Richard "Two Gun" Hart.

Everyone knows who Al Capone was and what he did. Not many know that during the time that Al Capone was making a name for himself in Chicago, his older brother was in Prohibition enforcement using the name Richard "Two Gun" Hart.

Benjamin Franklin and his loyalist son, William.
"In his will, Benjamin Franklin left William virtually none of his wealth, stating that had England won the war, the elder Franklin would have had no wealth to leave to his son anyway[5]. Neither does Benjamin mention his son in his autobiography except indirectly by the inclusion of a newspaper article in which Ben notes that his (then still in good standing) son may make contracts for the procurement of carts for the British army[6].

William Franklin died in 1813, never having reconciled with his father."
