It is my turn to take my husband out on a date ( we take turns every friday night) I had an idea but it started to rain and is really cold. Any ideas? One i had was to go on a ride out around the lake (we live by a lake) and maybe take something to eat for dinner? I dont know. But I only have an hour to decide. Thanks! Oh and we are on a budget and live in a small town so there is really nothing to do we have to be creative!

That car drive sounds very good! Maybe you could bring something special for dinner like his favorite!!!!!! Give him something special, like a suprise, after dinner.

OK, don't forget the first thing about guys. We're not complicated! If you wanted to do the picnic and it's raining then do it inside! You can dress way sexier, and can pull a "9 1/2 weeks" on him.(blind fold, food, sex) You could do the strip tease thing, or whatever but just don't do what he expects. Take him out with nothing on under your coat, go for a walk by the lake and go for a quickie! Not any of this costs $, but it may turn out to be a fun date he remembers for a long while!

This is 2007. A James Bond adventure. Try out your acting skills at the pizza place, maybe talk it over the menu.
Go to a take out pizza, and pretend you are ordering the last
meal before Bond goes into action. Wear a scarf, and gloves and speak french. Oh, order the steak and mushroom
sandwich, split one and put on some mustard. Bring coffee.

If you have to do soemthing outside of home, then maybe try dancing, a movie, a walk around a mall. If not then I would say run out and grab some movies, and then order in some chinese (or whaver you like) set up the living room all nice with candles and have a sexy night in. Thats what I like to do :)

on a budget hummmm......now you could pick up the house
put out some candles, shut the blinds, get out a board game,
and to top it all off get out some whine glasses and a bottle of whine you can get whine for 15 or 20 $ get some flowers and put them out too.
this all will cost about$20 for whine and $5 for the flowers and if you dont have a board game it could be a little more
if it needs to be less then that dont get the flowers

If your husband likes basketball, the NCAA tournament is tonight. Take him out to a restaurant/bar that has TV's. Watch the game with him and enjoy each others company.

You could make him dinner and watch a movie that he would like. Since it is raining and cold. Just make it a romantic night.

If you have a movie theater go out to a movie and dinner. If not, have a stay in date night and rent movies, order pizza, and make out. If you have a garage you can turn it into a drive-in.
