Every time you move, you re-register. This allows the local election board to direct you to your voting precinct's offices and polling stations.

As long as you vote at least once every four years, you don't have to re-register unless you move. If you take a decade off, you might find your name has been purged from the rolls, so it's good to check with the local Board of Elections.

You always want to register in the county you live in. Plus, if you move within that county, or outside that county, you need to re-register with your new address since where you vote is determined by your voter registration.

Depends if your a liberal. Liberals like to register a few times so they can have more than one vote. Either that or they start taking names off dead people.

It should be one time unless you move. You have to re-register every time you move , even if you stay in the same state.
