Your period has probably not come yet because of your running like crazy. It is a proven fact that women who over stress their body will have delayed periods, and if the stress keeps up their periods can stop coming completely. There are many books out there on this topic. Try and take it easy and run less. Your periods should return to normal if you do.

Its normal for any woman to miss a period here or there, it can be from a number of things from pregnancy, to stress, to ovarian or tubal cysts. It sounds like in your case it is from stress of running and also because of weightloss. This is all normal so dont worry. Eventually your body will balance itself out and you will get your regular period. Be prepared cause it could show up when you go to Florida, but nothing to worry about. Enjoy it while it lasts cause its no fun when it comes back.

Im just like you on this one. The problem is that there is a current change in the weather and your body is just getting used to the change. Just wait it out, and it will come. If it doesnt, then go to a doctor and get a check up.

i know i'm a guy but im pretty sure i know the answer. when you run, you lose body fat and if your body fat gets too low, it is possible for a girl's period to stop. but i dont think thats too healthy. so i guess eat some more or sumthin. and no im not a pervert or gay for looking on the womens health topic under answers.

it's probably because you started running that your normal period cylce has changed... if you start exercising it can mess up your cycle, so you will probably just be late this month. Also, if you loose too much weight your period can stop altogether.
