Well, I am 17, and when I was younger I played school with my stuffed animals and dolls.
It can get really dynamic. You can assign each animal student a personality and have them go thru the issues and problems of youth.
A sort of animal Degrassi...
or you could play poker with them or chess...give each animal poker player a type of way to play (agressive, etc) and take turns playing each animal in chess...
I really don't know...sorry...
***Edit: OOOH! You could make a video...each animal could sing a song in the video...You could do stuffed animal American Idol...some the animals could be the judges....****

I did this at outdoor school once,
1. Give it a cool name, like Ginta for example
2. Make sure it's personalty is good and make a story that's embarrass-free
3. Get some other things, copy number 1 and tadah! oh and if you want copy a story like One Piece or MAR

Here is what I do when faced with this issue.
I get out my little army guys and stand them up at the end of a long hall or large room that is tile, wood, or cement. Then I slide the stuffed animals down there and knock them down.
You could get a pal and have him or her set some up at one end and you at the other and whoever has guys standing longer wins.
Big laughs and big fun.
