Personally, from a woman who's used to having sex for a minimum of 40 min, anything under 5 min, would be a waste to me. We usually have a lot of foreplay and that seems to make the actual sex time go way up. Spending time pleasing your woman first seems to help also. If you learn to anticipate your ejaculation feelings, if you just pause for a second, or simply change what you are doing you may be able to delay it also!! Then sex can last for hours!(my fave!)

Hi. I would say under 3 minutes. Have loads of foreplay and then start. keep stopping for a few seconds until you build it up. you will last far longer. if you want your partner to practice with a hand, try lightly squeezing below the tip before it's too late, that should slow you down.
Hope this helps.
I read alot

I would say any thing under 3 minutes, I find that my bf last longer if i bring him close to climax orally first he seems to last a little longer then. And he reciprocates, If you can get your partner to bring you to the brink orally a few times it helps build you up.
