You can't make videos in YouTube.com, you just publish your video on that website.

To post videos on YouTube you most have an account. Once you have created one, you just have to click the link that says "My Account" that is on top of the page and then click "Upload New Video". It will require an email confirmation for you to upload any video. After your confirmation you will be ready to upload videos. Good luck!!
