My teacher assulted a pupil in my school and nobody believes us no more what can we do?!

When you say assaulted. Assaulted how? You do have rights, and if this is true why havent you gone to an adult? Why would no-one believe you? Do you tell lies of this sort often? The main thing for you to do is speak to an adult, are your parents not interested in what happens in school, What about the pupil who was assaulted, have they not told their parent/s? You do have to have an adult to speak on your behalves.

If you go, on your own, to an adult in a position of authority in your school and report this incident, they legally cannot dismiss it as untrue.
If they do, take it to the press.

Maybe you can get a lie detector test or swear by oath. Tell the principal.

depends who are you telling? I suggest you to tell your parent's ask them to go to the police it is a serious crime and pursuade the kid to please confess and if he has a bruse of any kind of mark to help you have proof against this teacher of your's and also be carefull.

If you witnessed this then you should report it. If you are only passing on gossip and rumour, then you are in big trouble.
