I think Anita has hit the nail on the head. IF what your saying is true. The girl will have to make the complaint to the police but as you said they aren't doing anything. There are a lot of morning programs where you get to call in. Say you have an answer to the topic there talking about but when there on air tell them whats happened at school and that you've gone to the police - that should get the school boards attention.
But really think about it first - if you re lying or this girl provoked the teacher in a similar way you could ruin the teachers life. really think about it.
If you ask all those prepared to make a statement of what happened name names and send it to the school board with a note saying a copy of all of these have also gone to the BBC all statements must be in students own words.
Hope it helps

well, if someone believed you at one point, then why would they just randomly stop? I would say to go to law inforcement, or talk to the student that was assaulted. Assault is no laughing matter, so if you are making it up then you can get into serious trouble. I am not saying that you are a liar, just take appropriate cautions around this teacher and always have each other's back.

Well as you have the evidence of the bruising I would go to your TA and ask her advise. If this gets you nowhere you need to keep on until you find an adult who takes you seriously. Ultimately the only place you will have hearing is the police station. You need to get either her parents or your parents to go with you.

Call the police. Talk to your parents. keep talking to people til someone listens. tell the principal. call the school board. call the press... someone some avenue will listen.
As you havent said if its a credibility issue that no one will listen to you I really dont know how else to answer you.

In what way did he assault a pupil? If he does it again you have to tell the principal. If he/she doesn't believe you you have to set a trap for him like say your principal is visiting for the afternoon in your class, don't tell him about it and then tell him/her that we are telling the truth and hide your teacher in like a broom closet and she'll see what's really going on.

I would really try to get the school board to believe me. And if not then try to record what this teacher says. Maybe if hes physically abusive he also has a sharp tongue as well.

If the school won't believe you - go to the police - then they will have to take you seriously.

If the school board doesn't beleive you.. tell your parents. If multiple students saw the incident.. then their stories will be the same.
