Force F=q E

F= 1.60 x 10E-19 x 1.46 x 10E+5
F=23.36 E-15 N

A few things you have to know
1. F=k q1 q2 /R^2
2. F/q= E electric intensity
3. V=R F/q voltage distance R away or work per charge (q) that can be done by moving that charge distance R in the field E
so V=RE ;>)
