To be honest, I think bubble skirts and leggings are on their way out. But, if you must wear them... you can wear pretty much any color - I recommend not wearing white, brown, black, or navy. Be daring and go for a bold but complimentary color.

Depends on the color of your shirt, but you can't ever go wrong with black leggings. I recently bought white leggings and they are very unforgiving (they show everything!). If you want to be safe and confident - go with black!
