I'd say McCain.
He and his campaign try mightily to project an image of a virile war hero, but truth be told, he is getting pretty frail and aged. I don't think he can withstand 4, or even 8 years as President. The pressure and demands of the job would just be too much for the man at this stage of life.

Rice, she looks haggard these days. She needs a rest as she never makes a deal!
Cheney is having too much fun!
Bush does seem to have aged, but then all presidents do after the white house.

I'd say President Bush. He looks as if he's aged in dog years, but that's common among Presidents. I imagine the pressure and the power together are an incredible stress. President Clinton looked eons older at the end of his term than at the beginning, as did Presidents Carter, Ford, and Nixon.
It doesn't seem like Presidents Reagan and GWH Bush aged quite as rapidly and markedly, but that's a subjective opinion.

its a toss up. If you are going purely by looks than McCain. He looks like he's about to drop.
But if you are going by health....Cheney has got to be on his last breath, lol.

Rice, I seen her the other day and she looks like she aged 20 years. African American don't normally show their age but man she has really gone down. Whoppi Goldberg said white women get wrinkles, black women get get big broad stick out buts. well. Rice has proven her wrong , she has wrinkles and not a big behind.

Honestly, they all look about the same as they did in the beginning. One requires a soul to age I think.
edit: McCain has definately aged (he must have a soul)
