I lost my best friend and lover, do I chase her across the country to tell her my love for her is real?

I am so in love with my Lady N and things scared her into running from the west coast to the east coast. I am dieing more each day without her and she wont return my calls or e-mails. One day my life was magic and the next it was tragic, she left a note saying that she will always love me, I've written many songs to her and about her then sent them yet I get no response. Do I race across the country to find her? This is a pain in the likes I have never experienced and my thoughts are scattered. I'm in the dark all alone and shaking to the bone I just wish my Lady N would say to me I'm coming home. I want to start a new life in a new town with her if that is what she would want of me."This is my soul mate" I believe in my heart that she was Heaven sent. I have never felt like this. What do I do oh Lord?

I would let her go. You dont want someone that runs from you. What if one day you do get married, when things get hard would she run? You'll find better, just takes time.

Strange how one minute all is well, the next it feels like you're in hell. Why would she up and leave to the other coast?? Was it going to quickly for her(your relationship?)...it must be quite difficult for you with her not responding to your emails.
I don't think you should travel across the country to find her especially since you don't know where she is living/staying.
Unfortunately, there is nothing more you can do other than try to move on with your life. It seems like she is trying to do the same. You may feel this was your soul mate..but things are meant to happen for a reason..Not sure what her reason was to leave you in the dust like that, and to not even respond to your emails to let you know what she's thinking and why she felt she needed to escape.
Don't waste your life waiting for her to come back..I know it's easier said than done...but unfortunately..tis all you can do right now. Goodluck, best wishes*~

Chaz, tammy is right on the mark and you need to get something else going in your life besides this obsession with a lost love...Mine is dead since 92 of cancer so it's not that big a deal that she is just across the country...she has life and a life of her own and so do you..
if you show up there you will be so much more disappointed than you are now, seriously...but it's your choice to be if you choose that road of course..
..it will def take a year or more but you'll get through it, but you'll nver forget her. That I def understand.
Write ytour songs and ll that, but don't send them it's in vain and makes you look like a wussy boy, sissy girl to her, ok?
that said, she left, she doesnt reciprocate to any communications and that pretty much says it all.
TIME, you just have to give it all time...

Been there done that..... my best advice is to let her run, some women are just wack jobs and you'll never be able to figure them out. If you go after her she'll feel like you're chasing her and you'll never get back together. If she comes back and runs again NEVER let her back into your life.

Trust me on this bud, women only get older and uglier so you have less to loose. Try focusing on your life (working out, dressing better, making new friends and going out more) ...

We all have a habit of thinking of our Ex in a positive light but she's far from it - give it some time and your senses will come back into check and you'll remember who you really are.

First...Calm down! Then, ask yourself what's more important:: Your feelings or her feelings? You said she is scared....You said she told you she will always love you....You said she doesn't return calls or emails. That tells me that even though she cares about you... she needs some space....As hard as it will be, you need to give her that space. Do things to keep yourself busy and just know the whatever happens is the best....for both of you. If you're a music lover, you can appriciate the old saying "If you hold a bird gently and it flies away...when it comes back, it belongs to you...if it doesn't... it never was".

If you chase after her, it will show her you do truely care about her in more of a friendship. I would surprise her with roses(or flowers), and a note saying that you're there, and that you need to talk to her. By the look of your message, I can tell you're an excellent writer. Write her a poem!

I am sympathetic to your very deep feelings. It must be very difficult for you to have these feeling for a person who basically abandoned you. It has been my unfortunate experience that if you chase a person like this, they will not only run faster and harder but believe you to be a stalker. Heaven would not send someone to torture you. You have to believe that you deserve something better than that. Let it go, be with friends, get counseling but let go.
