10:00-6:30 w/ 1/2 hr lunch, Many people work a "9-5" job but where does that give you time to do what you need? Ex- dr. appts, kids, school programs. I work a full time overnight shift and i love it.

In either case, start at 8am. You get to sleep in a little (depending on your commute) and leaving at 4:30 or 5:00 is pretty darn early in my opinion...
