I wash my elbows everyday but they always look dirty even when I use a puma. Is there anything else that will work?

I used to have this problem as well. What I do is mix 1 tablespoon of lemon juice with 2/3 cup sugar and then SCRUB my elbows. The lemon juice helps bleach and the sugar helps exfoliate. Plus, it's very inexpensive!

Gently exfoliate - pumice is too rough.

A lotion w/ glycolic acid or lactic acid will help loosen dead skin.
(ex. Eucerin body lotion w/ SPF or Lac Hydrin)

You can also soak your elbows in squeezed out lemon halves for a few minutes to help "bleach" them.
