How can I take apart a Clevo D9T Note Book to check
the fuses.

Hi. I have never worked on a Clevo before, but usually there are screws on the bottom that allow access to the inside. If the case does not split look for hidden screws under the rubber feet, etc. Also sometimes hidden under plastic covers. You are kind of on your own but if you are not comfortable with doing this, a trip to Geek Squad may be in order.
