Children younger than 6 or 7, should not begin highly technical classes as Ballet. Nevertheless for the youngest a class with rhythmic games and a lot of fun movement, is ok. and it works as a preparation for future more complex training.

I think she should start a fun dance class and if she enjoys it enroll her into a nicer one later.

If you have time, join a mommy and me class. Age 3 really isn't that young, a lot start around 4 or 5. She can get some movements and fundamentals to get her body moving. No harm in that!

If you see she enjoys this, put her in further learning classes as she gets older in ages like 7 and up. She can learn things like ballet, jazz, tap, clogging, etc, but will be not as much fun and play, more serious dancing.

I hope you decide to get your daughter into a class! You won't be wasting your money if she is having fun!

Does she love to dance? If so, put her in the class.

I have been a youth coach for years and I can tell you that the kids who excel are the ones that love being there and the parents just simply support and not push.

If she loves it, go for it. Then sit back and enjoy.

I think, personally, think she might be a little too young, but you never know until you try. Talk to the dance studio and see if she can take a trial class. She just might end up liking it.

i think its good u sending ur child at such young age, it will prove to use does she posess the talent or not???

send her for about a month,...
if she does well she herself will take interest and to maintain that interest encourage and complimenat her.

If she doesnt do good or doesnt take interest it means she doesnt posess the dance talent, she might be good at some other thing!!!

and in the end, i would suggest u to send her, and it will also bring her a new, good and a positive change.

3 is a good age, because they may become passionate about it later. No pressure, it's just fun.

you should let her try for a month then decide. Maybe they have the talent to do it.
