If by head and heart you mean logic vs. conscience, then it is a combination of both in which both are used, but one takes precedence over the other.
In my opinion, we should use our standard of morals to guide us before we use our logic and rationalism. I believe this because our ultimate standard of morality comes from God, but our logic and reasoning comes from our own experience. It is safe to say that the wisdom of God far surpasses our intelligence.

Every movie I've watched for the past 10 years tells me "listen to your heart." If I hear that one more time, I might lose my lunch. It's like a trendy thing that popped up and won't go away and people really liked the sound of it because it basically means "do whatever feels good and you're ok."
I trust my conscience because it has been formed in the Truth. I listen to my conscience and then my will must act rightly. With God's help, of course.

I don't trust one more than the other so everything I do is usually centered between both. Its better that way because if i followed my heart id be going from person to person looking for love and if i followed my mind id be strictly business.

It depends which one's speaking more loudly at the time. I usually let my heart do the steering, but all the decisions that my heart makes have to get my head's stamp of approval before I can act on them.

I get the thoughts so mixed up sometimes, I just don't know. That is a really good question and I wish I knew which one was better to trust.

Both have had some good ideas and some really bad ideas, so I guess I'll say I'd trust the one talking about food, cause that one has my well being in mind. I think that's my stomach.

I assume you mean, my reasonable thinking vs my emotional thinking. I think that there are occasions for both types of thinking, and I think that we have both as a necessity for survival. I would say that there has been large steps taken in reasonable thought since the advent of history, but I think most people still decide things mostly through emotional thought. Personally I tend to favor reasonable thought, and feel that it is slightly superior in most cases.

My heart, only because it knows the truth. Anyone's head can be easily deceived. Besides, your heart is your conscience, and it's the strongest part of you.

I trust the median between the two. Leaning now and then in one direction or the other. Never has it steered me wrong.

i trust my head, but i give in to what my heart says. Reason, rational thinking,vs. emotional thinking, constant tug of war, don't always agree. that is my own experience, whichis what you asked for.
