I use them as trash liners for my small trash cans in my bathrooms and bedrooms.

Yes. I use them in my car for trash. Those car trash bags you can reuse can get nasty, so I just take the headrest out from the front passenger seat, loop the bag around the metal bag and stick the headrest back in. Works great when I am driving b/c I can just reach my arm around the seat to throw something away.

Yes, I also use them as trash can liners and my husband uses them to pick up the poop in the back yard from the dogs because our back yard is mostly rock.

Yes, I use them for the same reason. I also use them to seal up my baby's poopie diapers, so I don't get flies in my outside trash.

I re-use my plasitc bags but then Ralphs and Albertson purposely punches holes in their bags so people can't use them like trash bags..

I recycle as much as I can. Like you said too.
Also I avoid throwing them.
I also try carry my own bags for some stuff. As much as I can manage.
