You would write the address as follows:

101 Maison Du Soleil
Eifuku 3-49-11
Suginami, Tokyo, 168-0064
Japan

101 Maison Du Soleil is the building's "name"
Eifuku 3-49-11 is the "sector"in Sugianmi
Suginami is a region in Tokyo
Tokyo is the city.

In Japan there are no "street" adresses per se.
Things are broken down by "areas"

This is what was on the site:

Whishing to become a member? Please send us a return envelope with a postage of \80 and your address and name attached. Send it to PS COMPANY「club ALICE administration Office」 101Maison Do Soleil , 3-49-11 Eifuku, Suginami, TOKYO, 〒168-0064, JAPAN

So basically, you would get two envelops, on one, you would write your address and put postage stamps on it. That is your "return envelope". Put the envelope with your address into the other envelope and seal it. Then on that envelope, you would write the following address:

To:
Club ALICE administration Office
101Maison Do Soleil
3-49-11 Eifuku, Suginami, TOKYO,
〒168-0064, JAPAN

Then your return address. Then, pop it into the mailbox.

The problem is, if you are in a foreign country like the US, US stamps won't get their letter out of Japan. You would need to get a hold of Japanese stamps. You could try putting $1.00 in, and ask them to put stamps on the letter, or have a friend in Japan send you Japanese stamps.

Good luck!

By the way, You can write all the addresses in English. It will get to where it is going. No need to try to write the Chinese characters. ENGLISH IS FINE!
