American eagle has a white strapless for ~$70. I'd check them out-- it is strapless but comes with straps you can add to make it spagetti or a halter

And yeah, just check their websites!
Hollister even has an eyelet skirt if you want one!

you can probably find something in like forever 21. they have some nice dresses there.. hopefully they will have an eyelet dress.
