Depends on your browser, but here's how in IE 6:

It'll delete them all.

If your goal is to simply remove all cookies, you can do this from the OPTIONS in Internet Explorer. Go to the TOOLS pull down (hold down the ALT and T buttons) then selection OPTIONS (hit O). Click the DELETE button then the DELETE COOKIES button.
Most browsers have a similar such function. If you're not using IE and can't figure it out, let me know.
FWIW, there are also "cleaner" apps out there that will do this such as Webroot's Window Washer. It's a good app and it cleans out more than most folks know is even being kept.
HTH...!

Clear Searches, Stored Passwords
Clear History / Clear Autocomplete
Tools
Internet Options
Clear Cookies
Delete Files (offline)
Clear History
set days to keep pages in history to 0
There is a downside: When you delete cookies, some programs or goodies you downloaded may or may not work, pictures may or may not become X’s the next time you open the file, etc.
It’s your choice to make.
You can also:
Click Contents tab: now click the content tab,
click “enable”
set what you want users to see
click “general”
here, you can set a password
Where it says use autocomplete, click settings
uncheck all the things you dont want your browser to store. This way you won’t have to keep going back and clearing things out.

Not all cookies are benign and they won't all delete using the browser tools. A safer way is to use Ccleaner, run the Cleaner. And use Winpatrol and Spybot Search and Destroy to block bad cookies.
http://www.ccleaner.com - Cr*pcleaner Registry cleaner and privacy tool
Winpatrol is a handy utility that manages cookies on your pc and stops unwanted changes to your startup folder.

http://www.safer-networking.org - Spybot Search and Destroy anti spyware. Use the Teatimer settings to protect Internet Explorer, and the Immuniser to stop malware getting on your pc.
Spywareblaster works with Internet Explorer and Firefox. It won't uninstall spyware that is already on your pc, but it will prevent hijacks and other malicious changes to your browser.

You should download lavasoft ad aware from my website www.sharefreesofts.com (freebie section) and that will clean your system regularly. Look at some of the other security stuff there. I use it all, and I know what I'm doing.
