Pip, I must admit this one was tough . I believe your party is out of control and so diverse in it's beliefs that it's as difficult to say what I agree with, as it is to say what I disagree with . Like painting the entire party with a broad brush . I'm rarely this indecisive on any topic .

I guess I agree with many issues that the Dems support. . . .but no so much the way that they want them implemented !!
That's as honest as I can be !!

EDIT*- Wait a sec. . . .I thought of one !!! Joe Lieberman !!!
Ahhhh sh!t !! You guys dumped him too . . . .damn !!

Yes, surely sure to all 3 ingredients of the query. We do not sling dust at every different, we talk about identified info, perceptions and critiques and we most often come to an impass if our arguments for our factor of view are insufficient. There does not need to be a transparent reduce winner among us as we each real desire the winner to be the United States of America and all of "we the persons" I suppose each person will have to have a pal they recognize who hails from the "different part" as not anything stimulates inspiration, or forces well study like a mature debate. It's a win win.

The opposition in this case would be the Democrats.

Many of them have good hearts, who really want to help other people. These are not the leadership, nor the nutjobs, but the rank and file everyday Democrat.

It's just a shame they are so misguided.

The problem that I have is that never party actually backs up their platform with actions. so from a theoretical point:
DNC- social issues (stay out of my bedroom)
GOP-fiscal issues (stay out of my wallet)

Arlen Specter, Olympia Snow, but what I really like most about them is that they got their butts whipped last election.

I'm independent, so I'll treat each as opposing.

Democrats - desire to have social benefits such as health care, social security and medicare.

Republicans - desire to minimize taxes, small government.

And yes, these conflict.
