In international court, Wal-Mart sided with China and even had their lawyers help China defend itself when China was successfully sued by American businessmen for violating a trade agreement with the USA.

Is this treason on the part of Wal-Mart?

I wouldn't say it is treason. The defense of the US was never compromised. This is nowhere close to giving an enemy secret nuclear information or something like that. We are not at war with China, so dealing with them is not prohibited (with some restrictions but I do not think Wal-Mart crossed the line).

Of course they sided with China--they have the most deplorable "sweat shops" in China and the workers are almost like endentured slaves --no time off for illness-they just fire them, even have to ask permission to get married and pay them 13 cent an hour, when the average wage is 31 cent an hr.

Wal-mart pays the lobbyist well. They have enough money since most people shop there.

seems like it.. but, remember... a 'corporation' is it's own entity, and you can't try a 'corporation' for a crime.

I believe it's spelled out within the 17th amendment (I may have that wrong).

check out a movie called 'the corporation' it's an eye opener as to the responsibilities of a corporation etc.
