What is the best over the counter hair dye to use?

I want something that will not dry my hair out - and will last more then a few weeks.

I like L'oreal and it makes ur health feel healthy and manageable with shine to it. I can feel the difference in my hair after using this and it just seems more energized and not as dry- in fact just the opposite.

Don't use hair dye. Keep your natural hair color. It's better then any hair dye.
