I don't think so. I have asked people who tried the different profile trackers and none of them had any results. They said that nothing even happened once they downloaded it. I think the comments are really nothing more then spam.
Be careful of anything you download or open. People can hack into your account and send out mass bulletins and comments on products such as iphones, designer bags, gift cards, etc. or even something sexual. Just the past week I had my account hacked and someone posted several bulletins a day and sent out comments to my friends for "iphones." Another friend of mine had her account hacked and a virus that wiped out her entire MySpace and one other person had their page hacked and given a virus. Whenever someone went to their page they were asked to put in their personal information so they get it as well.

Real myspace trackers don't advertise ON myspace. Only scammers do that.
