They sold zero PS3's what's up with that? I thought that we would be seeing them on Ebay for really high prices, does anyone know why they haven't sold my brother and his manager are shocked? And more importantly why did I buy this thing if I'm not going to make a profit?

More people opted for the Wii since it's cheaper. It's also not around Christmas time so the expensive gift giving season is over.

One main reason is that PS3 is expensive. When the PS3 first launched in January or so, PS3 prices were sold $700-$800 even as high as $1,000 on eBay. This is because there was a shortage of supply at that time. But right now, every major game store has PS3 system, and the price is going back to normal. It costs you $599 for 60gb version. On eBay, people try to sell PS3 as much as profit that they can make. So right now the price on eBay tends to be cheaper than on the store, unless they make the auction a bundle, like buying 1 system with extra accessories such as more games. That's probably the reason why people are getting PS3 online rather than in store

Because PS3 has no decent games that haven't been seen on the Xbox beforehand, they lost rights to Grand Theft Auto 4 and several other wouldbe exclusive becuase their President couldn't get on the ball fast enough. Xbox 360 has just been one step ahead of PS3 since its launch. Starting with the Xbox live marketplace where you can download the hottest movies and television shows on top of additional content for your games, Major blockbuster titles such as Elder Scrolls IV,Gears of War, Dead Rising, Rainbow Six Vegas, But where Xbox 360 REALLY trounces the PS3 is with its Gamerscore feature, You get more longetivity out of your Xbox 360 becuase you want to get those achievements to raise your gamerscore whereas on PS3 you beat a game and that's all there is to it. Finally Lets just face it you can't beat the price for 400 bucks you get the platinum package chock full of goodies for your Xbox. I Hope i was able to shed some light on this for you.

people are going to wait for the prices to drop thats wat all my friends are doing. there too expensive right now
