I used hotel kingdom several years ago to book a room. It was a last minute thing and I wasn't able to find a room anywhere else, some how they had a room available. I was a little hesitant, but didn't have any other choice because I was going there on business, so I went ahead and booked it. A day or two later they sent me a confirmation stating that my reservation was no longer available and my room was sold out, this was after I had deposited and paid for everything.

I called them up and took care of it. The hotel I had booked was sold out, but they were able to find another room near by. So, I went ahead and took that. I arrived in Orlando a day or two later, went to the hotel that they had on my confirmation, using the address they had listed. Went to check in and they informed me that I didn't have a reservation. At this point I was getting a little upset, but I called them up to find out was going on. It turns out that they had listed the wrong address on the confirmation, they gave me the correct address, so I headed to that hotel. Check in went okay, the only other problem was that I did not get the room I was told I was getting, it ended up being a standard room.

Needless to say, I've never booked with Hotel Kingdom again. Another person I know had similar problems with Hotel Kingdom, so I'm not sure how good they are now.

Your best option is to book through a travel agent if you can. When you book online you are sometime stuck with people who really don't care and are not going to be all that helpful.. Also most of them will price match and might even find you a better deal on a better hotel.. So I would go and find a travel agent and start working with them... You will not regret it..
