I want to know how to test myself to knw as soon as possible if am pregnant? Do I need to buy special equipment to do it?

Go to your pharmacy - clearblue makes a test you can take 5 days before a missed period.
No special equipment needed - you just pee on a stick and wait 30 seconds....

You can take an at home pregnancy test as soon as you miss your period. If it comes back negative then wait 3 days and if you haven't started your period then take another one. You can get a home pregnancy test at walmart for as little at $4 and they are about 99% accurate and very similar to what they use in the doctor's office. They say that you can have a false negative test but not a false positive. Stress and other things can my your period late so if you've been really stressed out then wait a few more days before starting to worry! Good Luck!

Special Equipment? Hmm not sure you should be risking getting pregnant if you may think you need specail equipment. or was that just phrased that way to get a funny response? A funnel some duct tape and somebody to hold the stilts..... You buy a test from the store and most test can be used the day of in not before your missed period.

Just buy the test, everythgin you need is in the box. As for when, most now can be used UP TO a few days before you miss your period, but you are better to wait until at least the day that you do.

You just have to go to the store and buy the test kit. It will tell you how soon you can use it after a missed period and also tell you how to go about using the kit to find out

ya u need to go and get a test from the store and i would wait till u have not had it in like 2 weeks and then take the test bc the test might not show up that soon so i would wait to take it...all that u need to do is go to the store and get a test says pg test on it

Nope. Just follow the directions in the box (they are all different a little bit).
I would buy the First Response tests, because they test for the lowest amount of HcG. good luck

You can do it 5 days before you even miss a period. Just open it and pee on it. Read the instructions in the box. Pretty easy.

Follow the directions on the test -- usually you have to urinate on the test strip.
Some tests now can detect preganancy really early (within a few days). Check package on the test.

buy a hpt and read teh instructions on the back.. u should test when u missed ur period and when u have attendant pregnancy symptom
