PowerMac G4 did not come with any free iLife CD. If you have iLife, you would have bought it so just look at the CD label to see what version you bought. Only the simple iMac and iBook computers came with iLife for free.

Depending whether or not you kept up-to-date with Software Updates, the individual items in the iLife suite may be of various ages. If you're running OS x (10.4.x) you can find out the versions of the different items in the suite on your computer. Just click on Applications/(the name of the application)/the preview window will show the version. Or you could click on "About iPhoto" (for example) in the drop down menu under the program name (upper left) when the program is running.
