Guinea pigs are prone to respiratory infections you should have it vet checked just to be sure that it is healthy. As prey animals they hide there illness until it can no longer hide it and by that time it is usually to late to save it. Any signs of illness should be vet checked immediately. Insure that your guinea pig is in a draft free area, that it's cage is dry and warm, and be careful of the type of bedding that you use. Cheaper bedding can have a lot of dust which may cause the sneezing and lead to an infection. Also never ever use cedar bedding as it can be toxic.

Guinea pigs sneeze for many reasons, just like people do. If she's sneezing frequently, I'd check to make sure her pen is completely clean and she is not exposed to some agent that is irritating her (dust. mold, drafts, etc.). If everything is as it should be and the sneezing continues, a trip to the vet is recommended.

Hold the pig's chest up to your ear and listen to its breathing. If it sounds labored or has raspy sounds to it, you need to take your pig to the vet NOW. Guinea pigs' lungs are undersized for their bodies, making them susceptible to upper respiratory infections and pneumonia. Because they are prey animals, they will try to hide their illness and by the time you realize there's something wrong, it could be too late. A vet will put your piggy on oral antibiotics.

If it were once (or twice in a row) every few weeks or so, I wouldn't worry about it. If it's several times a day, it's probably an illness and you'll want to get your little dude looked at.

Sounds like an upper respiratory infection. You might want to call your vet if it continues.
