Eat Naturally

Eat “naturally from the earth” get plenty of fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, fish, poultry, legumes, nuts, brown rice and seeds.

Avoid junk food, processed foot and foods high saturated fat. Water.

Drink plenty of water at least 2 -3 liters a day to flush out any toxins in the body.

Noone because spermatogenesis is a complicated process involving different glands and organs and there could be no particular food useful for that. On same real cases Andrologist can prescrive some medicine.

i don't think there are any foods that do that, your sperm is something your body creates naturally, i do know that what you eat determines how sweet or salty your sperm will be

dude there are no specific foods just about anything would help make production unless u dont eat toxic ....because what u eat is what u r.....
