Carphone Warehouse/TalkTalk. Regarding problems with broadband.I've been lied to, received abuse, been ignored and kept waiting on the line for forty minutes little realising that they were charging me for the time wasted. I've been passed from one department to another then back again only to be cut off mid conversation.I have spoken to people who could hardly speak English. I have written to the head man (Charles Dunstone) twice, only to be ignored both times, which to me is, at the very least, the height of bad manners. I even included a couple of witty (well I thought they were) poems in desperation but all to no avail.
If I don't finish this moan it's because the system has crashed agai.............

Any company that's shifted their call centres to India.

I've cancelled all my credit cards and insurance policies with any firm that has moved offices over to India.
Now, i've nothing against Indians but when i'm trying to access important information and the person on the other end can't speak a word of English you tend to get quite cheesed off after 20 minutes.

The worst culprits:
-Norwich Union
-HSBC

Supanet (or should I call them STUPIDNET) Was with them for 1 year on dial up then changed to Broadband and it all went bad from there on. I had a visit every 2 weeks for 8 months from technicians and they kept saying no problem found! There was also the regular calls between myself the the technical department, which eventually they were ringing me everyday at work! I was paying for Internet and in 8 months they only managed to get me connected for 2 weeks. I did eventually get them to release me from the contract give me my money back and apologise.

the company formerly known as NTL now virgin media. they were an absolute nightmare. one example - my t.v. broadband and phone went down at the same time anyone with half a brain would realise that this could only be a power supply failure, it took me six days to convince NTL this was the case and the engineer 5 minutes to rectify when he eventually turned up
