If you are just by yourself, then no. If you are masturbating yourself during or after pleasuring your bf with your hands, then you may. You basically don't want fluids that come from his penis, either the lubrication that it produces before he ejaculates or the semen itself, to end up inside you. Whether the ejaculate is deposited directly in your vagina or carried by your hand from one place to the other, it doesn't matter. A live sperm is a live sperm. When live sperm ends up in your vaginal tract, there is a possibility of being pregnant.

No. Pregnancy requires sperm (from a male) to join with an egg (from a female) to fertilize said egg. If the fertilized egg implants in your uterus, you are pregnant.
Masturbation also will NOT make you go blind, go crazy, grow hair on your palms, be unable to bear children, stunt your growth, make your hair fall out, or make your breasts shrink.
