1) Obstructing the nations intelligence-gathering capacity.
2)Take care of the laws of this nation be upheld, has personally deceived the American people.
3)Embracing & sheltering a known criminal. (Iraqi exile Ahmed Chalabi)
4)Improper & unethical relationship with former employers of Halliburton & has promoted its agenda & interests over those of the American people.
5)Granted improper & unlawful influence over national policy to an anonymous cabal of corporate lobbyists.
6)Prevented, obstructed, & impeded the administration of justice.
2 conditions~1)majority of House of Reps must agree to these charges. 2) 2/3 of Senate must agree to convict.

Absolutely. If we impeach Bush, we get Cheney for President. Not a good scenario.

Yes, he is the man behind the man. I think many of the decisions that George W. Bush has mad, Cheney or Rove was behind it. He should be investigated at the very least.

Even if charges like that were brought up against him it would never follow through, thats politics for you, theres is always a reason for everything.

But, since the flap has started again, let's go ahead and have the trial. That will clear the air (and the good names of our president and vice president) and quite possibly point the finger at the truly guilty liberals who _are_ attempting to undermine our great nation.
