Are they just really boring? Come to that you never hear much about Prince Andrew either. Why is this? A few years ago they were all over the media

The lack of media coverage is probably the result of many things:

1. It's very unlikely that Edward will ever be king--a lot of people would have to die for that to happen. So, naturally, he and his family don't draw the number of fans and on-lookers that Charles, William, and Harry do.

2. I think the monarchy, in general, has had to regroup and re-prioritize since the death of Princess Diana, and many of them have actively chosen privacy over the spot-light.

3. Too much competition: Princes William and Harry are at an age in which the world makes speculations about their futures--career, love life, marriage, etc. Media coverage of them is more interesting than that of a married couple with a young child.

It is nice that they are not pestered by the media. The media destroys lives. Respect is not something the media comprehends so therefore it is best they are left alone to get on with their life and work. After all what is 'celebrity', it seems to be the preserve of the badly behaved or some none-entity who had their pants stuck in their knickers or picked their nose in public!!!

It is because the prince Edward is light on his royal feet he bats for the visiting team. He tip toes to the public toilets on the common. He drives up the marmite motorway and wears his wifes knickers, horrah!. In short as electric six would put it he frequents the GAY BAR, THE GAY BAR, THE GAAAAAY BAAAR!!!

They do not court publicity, and nowadays the media is far more concerned with the Princes William and Harry.

They don't attract media attention, which is a balancing act given their positions. Who is princess louise?

Cause nobody wants to know and the media know this so they don't bother either. It's only if a scandal of some sort blows up will they get back in the news again.

Edward & Sophie haven't done anything of any interest since they had to give up their 'careers'. Princess Louise is only three years old so hasn't had the chance to do anything much yet.

If you believe his ex, all Andrew is interested in doing these days is playing golf and watching science-fiction DVDs.

Maybe because Prince Edward doesn't have enough hair.

They are further down the ladder now that Charles has sons so the media is not so interested in their lives.
